I’ve been working with adults, children, and families for over 15 years helping guide them to their best selves. I’m a military spouse who loves connecting with new people and seeing new places. I find my joy through my family, my dog, and simply being outdoors. I practice mindfulness in my daily life, have gone through my own food and mood journey, and have come out the other side better for it.
I specialize in providing counseling to women and children who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and chronic stress. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy with a solution-focused mindset. I believe in the powerful impact of building in mindfulness and integrative approaches like nutritional psycho-education and simple lifestyle changes. I am also trained in EMDR trauma therapy through the international association for EMDR.

I’ve been working with families, adults, children, and teens for over 10 years. I’m a military veteran and bring that unique perspective to supporting the veteran/first responder population. In my free time, I love just being outdoors or on the water!
I work with clients of all ages, but have a strong focus on reconnectingfamilies, supporting parents, teens, and children ages 5+, and empowering women and seniors.
Throughout treatment, I utilize an eclectic approach based on you or your family's needs. These may include family systems therapy, trauma focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, or EMDR. I believe in a whole body approach in treating the individuals I see and will work to identify root causes of child/teen behavior. I also have a specific set of skills to help address negative family dynamics.
