Important Update on Access to Care for Tricare Patients:

Unfortunately, many mental health providers, including our practice, have been experiencing significant difficulties filing claims and receiving payment for services from Tricare East following a claims processor transition 1/1/2025.

Due to these unresolved issues, our practice will be temporarily unable to accept Tricare insurance as a form of payment. Please know that this decision has been painstaking and has not made lightly.

I understand how difficult and frustrating this may be, and I want to assure you that your care remains our top priority. If you have any concerns or need guidance on alternative options, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
