Find a quiet, undisturbed space.

Close your eyes and visualize a tranquil, nature-based sanctuary- perhaps a meadow, a forest, or a beach.

Engage your senses fully: picture the sights, sounds, scents, textures, and tastes of this comforting place.

Breathe deeply, inhaling tranquility and exhaling stress.

Spend two to five minutes in this mental escape. When you're ready to return to the present, slowly open your eyes, carrying this inner peace with you.
